You might be wondering, “Why launch the rules through an SRD and not just publish a book?” The short answer: we want you to start playing right now while we keep perfecting our final rulebook!

Absolutely! We are already hard at work on the official 7th Extinction RPG book. Not only that, but we’re honored to have the legendary John Zeleznik (known for his iconic work on Shadowrun, Palladium/Rifts, Magic: The Gathering, and more https://www.johnzeleznikart.com/) creating our cover art. He’s bringing his unique vision and dynamic style to the project, and we can’t wait to share the final piece with you all.
The book will collect all the polished rules, illustrations, and expanded lore in one place, perfect for those of you who love flipping through pages at the table or showing off a gorgeous tome on your gaming shelf. The digital version of the book is planned for October 2025 during PAX Australia.
